Pallet Flow Rack

Pallet Flow Rack solutions are used in situations where storage density and inventory rotation are priorities. Flow Storage consists of two elements: a static rack structure and dynamic flow rails. The flow rails are a track/roller system set at a decline along the length of the rack. Flow rails allow loads to move by gravity from the loading end to the unloading end. Each flow lane includes self-energized speed controllers (brakes) to gently control the speed of movement.

Advantages

  • Enables perfect pallet turnover (FIFO System).
  • Maximum capacity as storage system is compact.
  • Timed and space saved in pallet handling.
  • There is no limit to the size of a project or storage density. Deep Lane Pallet Flow can be designed to store as many as twenty pallets deep with the use of electro-mechanical or pneumatic speed-braking systems.
Selective Pallet Rack

As a load is removed, the loads behind it move forward to the unloading position. The flow system depth, height, and width are limited only by the size of your facility and the capabilities of your material handling equipment.

Pallet Flow Rack

Warehouse floor space utilization can be maximized with fewer aisles by storing pallets back to back. Unlike in static systems such as Drive-In racking, product flows back to a picking position and is easily accessible to the operator.

Pallet Flow Rack

This is an ideal system for warehouses of perishable goods, although it can also be used in any industry or distribution business (food, car and pharmaceutical industries, chemicals, etc.).
