| Forklift Training for Lift Truck Operators
Holly Material Handling instructors provide forklift operator training that will prepare your operators to perform tasks in a safe manner and will satisfy OSHA lift truck operator compliance. Forklift operator training is available on-site at your work location and covers OSHA regulations 1910.178 & 1926.602″Training shall consist of a combination of formal instruction (e.g., lecture, discussion, interactive computer learning, video tape, written material), practical training (demonstrations performed by the trainer and practical exercises performed by the trainee), and evaluation of the operator’s performance in the workplace. [29 CFR 1910.178(l)(2)(ii)]” https://www.osha.gov
If an operator is observed by OSHA in an unsafe manner or if the operator has not been trained by an accredited trainer, they can be fine up to $7,000 per infraction. Let’s work together to prevent fines from incurring.
